Converting space to cash

Our Wilderness property has a slightly sketchy one bedroom cottage on it, just separate from the main house.

Thankfully, since we have to live there for a few months while completing renovations on the house!

We have just finished converting it into a stunning two bedroom haven in the forest which we have listed on AirBnb.

Our first guest spent 4 nights there and gave us glowing feedback, yay!

And some useful tips that we will incorporate into future rentals.

Because we try, we learn, we improve, we keep going.
